• Know Before You Go

      Please note that in order to race:

      1. All Adult kart drivers must be at least 5’1” tall
      2. All Junior drivers must be at least 4’0” tall with a maximum height of 5’2” and a maximum age of 14 years old
      3. Government-issued photo ID is required for drivers 18 years or older
      4. Drivers under the age of 18 must have an adult with government-issued photo ID present to sign their waiver
      5. There is no minimum age to ride in the Adult or Junior karts

      Your safety matters:

      SPEEDERS does not allow drivers to race who are under the influence of any amount of alcohol or drugs. We reserve the right to refuse service, including administering a breathalyzer test, should a staff member suspect a driver is under the influence of either substance.

      Clothing to bring:

      Wear or bring clean, dry, indoor closed-toed shoes. Outside work boots, snow or dirt covered footwear, high heels or sandals are not permitted. It is inadvisable to wear a dress or other open or loose clothing. We recommend racing in pants, jeans, or shorts.

      To finalize your booking:

      SPEEDERS requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit and cash. Once a deposit is received, your event is confirmed and we turn away other event requests for that same start time. Any remaining balance is due on the day of the event prior to racing. We cannot accommodate separate payments from drivers for group bookings. The event organizer is responsible for paying both the 50% deposit and the remaining balance before the booking.

      Attendance policy:

      In order to book an Adult event package, you must have a minimum of 8 participants, or 8 paid spots. For a Junior event package, you must have a minimum of 6 participants, or 6 paid spots. The total price for the event at the time of the booking confirmation will be due even if fewer drivers attend, participate, or if drivers retire early, unless we receive notice at least 48 hours prior to the start of your event. Since booking an event package ensures that only your group races during your allotted time, we are unable to give unused spots to other customers. Please provide us with an accurate number of participants for your booking.

      Arrival time:

      Arrive thirty minutes prior to your race start time to ensure enough time to sign waivers, lock up valuables in our free lockers and begin your briefing video. If your group arrives late or you are unable to start on time, we reserve the right to delay your race(s) in order to maintain the schedule for other groups that are on time. The reverse is also true; if your group is on time and another is late, they will wait as we try our best to keep your event running on time.

      Food and drink policy:

      We do not allow any outside food or beverages. We have a full-service restaurant and bar on site for all of your dining needs. If you would like to bring a cake for any type of celebration, please let your event coordinator know. If your group is planning on having a meal in our restaurant before or after your event, please let your event coordinator know.
